IVS Dosing Technology introduces IVS Remote Service: a clever way to deal with big data to obtain and utilise the right information in time. By measuring and monitoring the critical process indicators (CPIs) with liquid dosing, you can have up-to-date advice on the installations and any necessary maintenance.
How does it work?
One of the CPIs during the dosing process is the status of the pump installation. The IVS Remote Service constantly measures and monitors five parameters (pre-pressure, pump pressure, vibrations, temperature and RPM). A dashboard shows whether maintenance or immediate action is required.
