Van Aarsen develops, produces and sells machines for animal feed production and constructs turn-key production plants all over the world. Almost 90% of the company's total turnover is achieved internationally. We have cooperated on numerous projects since the foundation of IVS. This specific project concerns a customer in Russia.
What?
Van Aarsen choose enzyme dosing installations from IVS because of the solution-focussed attitude of the company, and its flexibility in adapting to any modifications during the project phase. The dosing installations being supplied for this project are suitable for production lines with capacities of 10-30 tons per hour whereby the enzyme dosing capacity is between 0.005% and 0.03 %.
How?
IVS Dosing Technology will be supplying the enzyme dosing installations in the form of built-on IBC constructions with stainless steel buffer tanks and pump units manufactured entirely according to ATEX zone 22 guidelines. The dosing units are built into standard Rittal housings. The electronics for the enzyme dosing have been incorporated into the built-on RIO housing.
